What do I need to get started with MailSource?
You’ll need to be running Nortridge version 5.35 or newer, have the latest Report Pack installed, and use address validation. You can use either our standard statements or your custom ones – both work great!
How exactly does the mail tracking work?
We print special Intelligent Mail barcodes on your mailings that the post office scans throughout delivery. Their system captures this data and sends it to us, so you can see where each piece is in its journey to your customer.
Do I have to commit to a certain volume of mailings?
Not at all! We’ve kept it simple – you pay only for what you mail, with no hidden fees. There are no minimum requirements, no setup charges, and no long contracts to worry about. Use it as much or as little as you need.
