A pair of Nortridge customers are prominently listed in Inc.’s “Hire Power Awards” featured in the magazine’s January 2013 edition. Pacific Dental Care, ranked fourth while Heartland Dental Care was listed sixth in the magazine’s inaugural list of businesses that are adding jobs and rebuilding the economy.

Irvine, CA-based Pacific Dental and Effingham, Ill.-based Heartland Dental Care both support healthcare financing using the Nortridge Loan Servicing Software System.
“Job creators” has been a phrase that’s mostly been associated lately with Washington DC gridlock. But jobs are being created right now by the kind of companies on Inc. Magazine’s Hire Power list. They’re creatively and aggressively using technology to create and maintain competitive advantages. These forward-looking organizations are flexible and able to quickly exploit opportunities in fast-changing markets.
Nortridge Software is proud to be partnering with two of the top six of Inc.’s job creators. Pacific Dental Services added a total of 1,451 jobs in 2012 while Heartland Dental Care bolstered the economy with 1,150 new jobs. Both companies now have more than 3,200 employees each. That’s obviously good for them, but it’s also really good for the American economy in general. Businesses which grow that quickly need solid foundations and Nortridge Software is a key part of the operational structure at both companies.
