AURORA, CO – Nortridge Software LLC, a leading provider of loan servicing software, and CyberTrails, a world class data center, announced today that they have entered into a joint venture agreement. A new company named CyberRidge, has been formed to handle the rollout of products created as a result of this new partnership.
The initial focus of this new partnership will be to create affordable, scalable and secure loan servicing solutions that are based on the existing Nortridge loan servicing platform and leverage the resources of the CyberTrails data center. Servicers who sign on to use the new hosted ASP (SaaS) application will get the added benefit of knowing their data is stored in a state-of-the-art facility. CyberTrails will house all data associated with the ASP application in their data center which features 24/7 onsite security personnel, centralized environmental control monitoring and redundant power supplies.
“We’re very excited about this chance to offer our system as a hosted software product. We’ve known for a long time that there are many customers out there who don’t want to buy a software license. Either they’re just starting up and they don’t want the long-term commitment or they lack the IT resources to set up and run such a comprehensive system,” explains Greg Hindson, CEO of Nortridge Software. “With this hosted software, lenders can basically ‘lease’ our service and pay a monthly fee for using it. This means they don’t have to worry about adding IT staff, maintaining hardware or paying for software upgrades. We handle all that for them. We think this new approach to selling our system will get the attention of a lot of lenders.”
