Key Features

  • Use document templates feature in NLS to create custom documents such as contracts, then send DocuSign then give the user the option to send to DocuSign.
  • Pre-populate borrower, contact, and loan information using word-merge.
  • Business rules will be configured to build the loan closing packages with the requisite disclosures based on application attributes such as Borrower State, co-borrower or co-signor present, collateral, and others.
  • Up to 5 individual signers per document
  • Track DocuSign processing statuses within NLS including: Not Submitted, Sent, Signed, Completed and Declined.
  • Execute workflow rules based on Docusign Status Updates
  • NLS automatically saves signed documents in the database to keep one source of truth and audit.

Requirements

  • NLS 5.19+: A representative from Nortridge will contact you to get the upgrade process started if needed. For hosted customers we will help you upgrade and set up a testing environment as necessary.
  • A Docusign API Plan: You will need to have access to API keys as part of the setup process.
