This session is designed for users new to the Nortridge Loan System (NLS). Topics include: basic navigation of both the desktop and web apps, how to search and query for information you need, how to generate basic reports, and tips and tricks to make for a smooth introduction to NLS.

Payment Trends and Optimizing Payments in NLS
One of the biggest challenges for a successful lending company is collecting payments and doing so on-time. REPAY will present many of the tools and trends that have proven successful and convenient in the marketplace. Then, Nortridge will demo what’s available through the Nortridge Loan System (NLS), including: scheduling payments, using omni-channel tools for text and email reminders, using two-way texting in the collection mode, and implementing a borrower portal.

Exploring Scripting Capabilities
Scripting is used to enhance, modify and extend the Nortridge Loan System (NLS) in many ways. This session will focus on how to calculate and update a value in a user-defined field using a VBScript. A short presentation on Java Script for the new web app will also be presented.
