Bret Davis’ management philosophy is to inculcate a strong sense of customer service in the organizational DNA and to support employees with a flexible and supportive environment that positions them to serve customers with excellence. He brings this philosophy to his position as managing partner for Nortridge Consulting Services.

Bret has worked at Nortridge since 2003. He was mainly focused on coordinating all NLS implementation project tasks including infrastructure, system configuration, data conversion, custom development, testing, training and rollout. In 2012, Nortridge Consulting Services, a Nortridge subsidiary, was formed to address the growing need for consulting services. Bret serves as managing partner.

Prior to Nortridge, Bret was a software engineer and engineering product manager at iMetrikus and a consultant for the eBusiness Group at PriceWaterhouseCoopers. He graduated high honors with a systems engineering degree from the University of Virginia.

Bret enjoys spending time with his five kids in Tennessee. He has a passion for natural health and staying active.
