As the new software development manager, Mughal is charged with leading Nortridge’s development team as he manages the complete product development cycle from initiation and planning through implementation and delivery. He reports directory to Greg Hindson, Nortridge president and lead software architect.
Mughal brings more than 20 years of experience in software development and management to Nortridge. Most recently, he was the director of web and software development at Metagenics, and prior to that, he was the senior manager of Global DevOps and release operations at Experian. He also brings along experience transforming large global development environments to state-of-the-art process and tooling.
