- Business rules will be configured to build the loan closing packages with the requisite disclosures based on application attributes such as Borrower State, co-borrower or co-signor present, collateral, and others.
- Up to 5 individual signers per document
- Track DocuSign processing statuses within NLS including: Not Submitted, Sent, Signed, Completed and Declined.
- Execute workflow rules based on Docusign Status Updates
- NLS automatically saves signed documents in the database to keep one source of truth and audit.
